Kumbo Youths Computer-Internet, Audio-Visual Center Project

Donate and build a big Computer Center with more than just one computer for more than 17 people on each computer as seen on the picture. Our goal is to see a bigger computer center with each person on one computer and having access to video-Audio programs as well.

Kumbo is a city with more than 60.000 inhabitants. This community is the second largest city in the North West Province of Cameroon. The proposed project is to enable the community and the population of Kumbo to learn the new technology by taking computer, Internet and Video/Audio practical classes to create self-employment to help build their families.

The main aim of this project is to train the youths and the girl child, because in Kumbo, there are so many youths between the ages of 6 – 50 who cannot operate a computer, never even seen a computer before. And this project will enable them get connected to the global world and learn more about Computers and communications. LWDGC do not have the means of realizing this project because we are just a Non-Governmental Organization and is seeking for foreign partners who can help change the lives of our youths, but we cannot do that without a center where these youths and the Kumbo community can come and have their training. We would like to have a center where all of these people can build their future to help their families and build their own families. We also target most the students in Secondary, Primary and nursery schools.
